Research profile

As a computer scientist at the Data Mining Group of the JGU, my research interests have a strong emphasis on innovativemachine learning applications in environment protection and life sciences. While I am still green to the life sciences domain, I collected experience in secure multi-party computation, reinforcement learning and other methods in the machine learning area. In my current project curATime, my role is the integration of knowledge graphs in data driven prediction tasks of cardiovascular diseases.
