I am an interdisciplinary scientist, interested in the mechanobiology of the brain. I am currently working to understand the influence of mechanical signalling on altered neuronal activity after traumatic brain injury. I am collecting large datasets of extracellular neuronal activity, using a high density multielectrode array (HD-MEA), and developing analytical methods using Julia and R.
