Research profile

The computer scientist in me is keenly interested in statistics and machine learning while the biomolecular engineer has a passion for mass spectrometry, biochemistry and synthetic biology. I am glad that these interests of mine are more and more frequently brought together in interdisciplinary projects such as the IQCB. With my current research project I am interested in the statistical analysis of multi-omics data for the prediction of acute kidney injury in critical care patients.
