Research profile

The heart of physics is modelling the world. Thanks to my PhD position, I have the opportunity to study the interaction between proteins and ligands (binders) and model it using molecular dynamic simulations.

I am funded by the Carl Zeiss funded project MAINCE: Medical AI combining Natural products and CEllular Imaging, in which I am responsible for providing data and a model that specifies why a ligand binds or does not bind to a target.
