Research profile

I am a PhD student in the research group of Katja Luck, focusing on the information that AI models (i.e. AlphaFold) and other algorithmic tools can provide about the structure of protein-protein interfaces. We apply the results of these tools both to the characterization and annotation of known structures, as well as the prediction of de novo interfaces.
