Research profile
Our lab is interested in understanding the mechanisms that lead to autoimmunity, with a special focus CNS. In particular, we investigate how cytokines affect the tissue that leads to damage. We use different disease models and study different cells of the immune system and how they interact with CNS cells. We have various projects in the lab, and for example, we study how immune cells induce the damage to the tissue, we use single cell sequencing (scSeq), high dimensional flow cytometry and microscopy. For the analysis of these large amounts of data, an association with IQCB will be very helpful for us.
